Return of the goods

If for some reason one or more bottles should have arrived damaged at your address, please contact us immediately at info@vicinodivino.com and explain the extent of the damage. We will reply to you as soon as possible. 

In case of damaged goods, we may request the return of the bottle and the sending of a photo with the description of the damage by email in order to avoid similar problems in the future.

In case of wine not to one's liking and damaged goods, it is necessary to follow the procedure below to be reimbursed:

 

  • send by e-mail no later than 14 days from receipt of the package the refund request and the reason for the same specifying:
  • Order number
  • Day of receipt and therefore of taking possession of the property
  • The products for which you want to exercise the legitimate right of withdrawal with motivation
  • Name, surname and address of the User
  • IBAN code of the current account where we will make the refund

 

  • no later than 14 days from the communication of the intention to return, send the goods you wish to return to the address:

The goods must be packed with the original packaging, or in similar suitable for the safe transport of bottles by courier. The Owner will, within 14 days of the communication of the intention to withdraw from the contract, reimburse the User for the amount paid to the Owner.

Until the seller has received the goods, he can legitimately withhold the refund.

Only the shipping costs remain at the expense of the User.
