Return of the goods 

If for some reason one or more bottles have arrived damaged at your address, contact us immediately at info@vicinodivino.com and explain the extent of the damage. We will reply to you as soon as possible. In case of damaged goods we may request the return of the bottle and the sending by email of a photo with the description of the damage in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future. In the case of wine not of your liking and damaged goods it is necessary to follow the procedure below to be reimbursed: send by email no later than 14 days from receipt of the package the refund request and the reason for the same specifying: Order number Day of receipt and therefore of taking possession of the property The products for which you want to exercise the legitimate right of withdrawal with motivation Name, surname and address of the User IBAN code of the current account where we will make the refund no later than 14 days from the communication of the intention to return, send the goods you want to return to the address:
