From Umbria, Cervaro della Sala, based on chardonnay and grechetto and from Friuli, Jurosa di Lis Neris, 100% chardonnay. Both are united by fermentation in oak barrels.
Staying in Friuli, you don’t want to miss the Villa Parens yellow ribolla, an indigenous grape variety that best expresses the characteristics of the Collio hills. 
From Valle d'Aosta we suggest the Petite Arvine of Ottin, a wine of Swiss origin, semi-aromatic with a minerality that occurs both in the nose and in the mouth. 
A few kilometers from the capital we find the Fiorano Bianco of Tenuta Fiorano based on grechetto and viognier, an interesting wine with intense minerality and brackish acidity. 
From Campania, Guido Marsella's Fiano di Avellino, 100% Fiano with herbaceous notes alternating with ash and incense, but with a fresh and enveloping mouth.
